In short: Your workout data stays on your device. We don't collect, share, or sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Coreo stores the following information only on your device:

1. Workout Data
   • Date and time of each workout session
   • Duration of each plank exercise (in seconds)
   • No photos, videos, or other media
2. Goals and Progress
   • Your personal fitness goals (e.g., "20 workouts in 4 weeks")
   • Progress tracking toward those goals
   • Streak information (consecutive days)
3. User Preferences
   • Notification settings (enabled/disabled, preferred time)
   • Default workout duration
   • App settings and preferences
4. Statistical Data
   • Calculated statistics (personal records, averages, charts)
   • All derived from your workout sessions

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• ❌ Your name, email, or contact information
• ❌ Location data or GPS coordinates
• ❌ Health data beyond workout duration
• ❌ Photos, videos, or camera access
• ❌ Contacts or calendar information
• ❌ Payment information (app is currently free)
• ❌ Device identifiers for tracking
• ❌ Analytics or usage tracking data

How We Use Your Information

Your workout data is used solely for:

1. Displaying Your Progress
   • Show workout history, statistics, and charts
   • Calculate streaks and personal records
   • Track progress toward your goals
2. App Functionality
   • Remember your preferences (notification time, default duration)
   • Provide intelligent features (timer starts with last workout duration)
   • Send optional daily reminders (if you enable notifications)
3. Local Processing Only
   • All calculations happen on your device
   • No data is sent to external servers
   • No cloud backup or sync (all data stays local)

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties.

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No data brokers or marketing companies
• No cloud storage providers
• No other apps or services

Your workout data never leaves your device.

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

• All data is stored using iOS SwiftData framework
• Data persists only on your iPhone/iPad
• Protected by iOS security features and device passcode

iCloud Backup

• If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your Coreo data may be included in your device backups
• This is controlled by iOS settings, not by Coreo
• We do not access or manage iCloud backups

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual workouts: Swipe-to-delete in History
• Delete all data: Settings > Clear All History
• Uninstall app: Removes all Coreo data from your device

Notifications

If you enable notifications:

• We use iOS UserNotifications framework to send daily reminders
• Notification time is customizable (default: 8:00 AM)
• You can disable notifications anytime in Settings
• We do not track whether you open notifications
• No data is collected from notification interactions

Children's Privacy

Coreo is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

1. Access Your Data
   • View all your workouts in the History section
   • Export data (feature coming in future update)
2. Delete Your Data
   • Delete individual workouts anytime
   • Clear all data via Settings
   • Uninstall the app to remove everything
3. Control Notifications
   • Enable or disable daily reminders
   • Change notification time
   • Manage via iOS Settings > Notifications > Coreo
4. Withdraw Consent
   • Stop using the app anytime
   • Delete all data before uninstalling

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Notify you via the app (if feasible)
• Post the new policy at this URL

Continued use of Coreo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
